A Journey for the Senses
It is the perfect companion, a contemplative indulgence of Peruvian lore that elevates any establishment. The lounges understand this, instinctively.
At first sip, the taste is that of the first rays of dawn, plum and pineapple jelly dancing on the tongue. Then, as the cup breathes, a deeper mystery unfolds: wheat germ bitters rise, reflecting the jungle's secrets. As the warmth intensifies, the wine-like quality is complemented by cane sugar and a floral bouquet.

Each precious coffee cherry is carefully hand-picked on farms that border the breathtaking UNESCO Amazonian Biosphere Reserves, including the Oxapampa-Asháninka-Yánesha Biosphere Reserve (BIOAY).
Why Lounges Love It:
Feel the warmth of "Inti," the Incan sun god, in every sip. Its bright, radiant flavor delightfully uplifts and energizes your guests, a coffee that subtly shifts the mood, awakens the senses, and prompts introspection, a fleeting glimpse of the Chakana, the Incan cross bridging the earthly and the cosmic. With its beautiful wine-like qualities, it's a wonderfully sophisticated alternative to alcoholic drinks, perfect for those seeking a moment of refined enjoyment. It creates connections and turns ordinary days into unforgettable journeys.
🔥 Roasting
Sapa Sunlight's honey process benefits from a City+ roast. This enhances the fruit notes and balances the acidity.
💧 Brewing
Brewing as a cold brew or using a full immersion method will emphasize its silky body and evolving flavors.
Espresso Suitability: Delve into the mysteries of time with this complex coffee. It has a light honey scent and a rich body. Because it is honey-processed, it will deliver the extra punch needed for a beautiful espresso.
These are just suggestions, and your personal preferences may vary. Experiment with different roast levels and brewing methods to discover what you enjoy most.
